Ed Earl

Ed Earl is named for Burt Reynolds' character in Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Manny made him the Bobby Sargent version of our RCA. Bobby was Burt's stunt double in several movies. Ed Earl's hat is silver-belly with a machine-tooled leather band with a 'silver' buckle. We have added the Requested Brim Width option. If you prefer the standard width, please just type in, "standard" or "as shown". If you type in a request that is not possible for the style you have chosen, we will contact you before proceeding with your order. All hat orders are custom made and will take 4 to 8 weeks to make. Rush orders must be placed by phone or in person, and will add a fee, to be assessed at the time of order. Note: Custom Hat Band must be ordered separately.
