Similar to the gambler's style of hat, this one was designed by Manny's father, Marvin "Pappy" Gammage.
Similar versions have been worn by Rusty Wier, Ronnie Van Zant, Donnie Van Zant and many others.
This Panama straw version is shown without the hatband, to show the hand-stitching used to attach the Leather sweatbands we use in all of our hats.
