Given its name by the shape in the top of the crown, this style goes back to the 1930's. It has been worn by businessmen, politicians, and ranchers.
Shown in silver-belly with a corded ribbon band. Though this hat was traditionally made from a dress weight body and might have similar ribbon trimming to the Statesman (LBJ's style), they have renewed popularity with various materials and with varying brim widths as well.
We have added the Requested Brim Width option. If you prefer the standard width, please just type in, "standard" or "as shown". If you type in a request that is not possible for the style you have chosen, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
